20 Shots: Goin’ To Town (1935)

Goin’ To Town starts out as an oater yet somehow winds up among the haute monde in Buenos Aires where the story pivots on a horse race. When former dancehall queen Cleo Borden learns about a plot to sabotage her horse she employs some skulduggery of her own to ensure a happy outcome. Directed by Alexander Hall, screenplay by Mae West.
