Record Sale this weekend

May 13, 2010

If you live in the Minneapolis St. Paul area and need to enhance your record collection, by all means head to the massive sale happening in St. Paul this weekend (Friday 4 – 10 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 8 PM and Sunday Noon – 4 PM) at 2285 University Avenue (in the “party room” of the Carlton Lofts building). According to the organizers “there will be lots of new vinyl stock (LPs, 45s), some posters, books, videos and a smattering of CDs. There will also be a larger than usual amount of jazz vinyl.” Local DJs (including the Surface Noise curator from 10 AM – noon on Saturday) will be providing the sonic ambiance.
